The six different award categories - ‘Innovation’, ‘Leadership’, ‘Lifetime Service’, ‘Care and Commitment’, ‘Team of the Year’ and ‘Bravery’ – recognise the dedication of local government staff across the country whose hard work all year round is vital for the delivery of public services.
